One take, let's go Moment of silence for those who watched this without realizing that YouTube is also part of the whole thing. Lol. Social media is actually an another world. Everything looks beautiful in that fake world. Unfortunately the current generation people are totally migrated to that Fake world.(Especially youngsters) They didn't knew one thing that they must definitely return to reality sooner and face all the odds on their way. But at that time they won't have the strength to face those Bcoz, they gave all their time and energy to the social media.

For movie lovers, who are not in the cinema. . I deleted social media 8 months ago, honestly best decision Ive ever made. Feels good when Instagram, facebook etc tries to convince me coming back by bombarding my email and im just like ”uhm, no thanks im happier now”. Always kept in the back of my mind that Jarrod Lanier was involved in this. Well I hope this game that is being played doesn't get any more people killed.

I disagree with Russell on all things politics, but I still love watching his videos. Hes a very insightful and endearing person! And now I like him even more after watching this! His wife is delightful and they are adorable together. I deleted Twitter today Im so proud of myself. cant remember the last time I read a book! By posting this Im sharing with u how Ive been fooled with u guys. Wow. This is why I enjoy you. you lay it all out to the best with what you know. You make so many valid points. am glad that people like us are out there and are not just sitting by letting this happen. Jacob. we are with you. we are not alone 🤔☺️ You are a positive force and please know it does not go unnoticed. M xo. I recommend that you also watch the big hack.

I deactivated from Social media. I don't intend to go back. I feel happier! I'm getting my desire back to do my art and be creative again. I'm reading and enjoying it again! I'm learning and thinking. My concentration time is increasing again! Getting more social in real life again. Not so much "social media bad" but more "current alsoritms bad. and then explain why and how. the acted skits seemed overly dramatic and came off as a little too much. but between all that you got a pretty good docu that explains well, with a lot of compatent peaple, how the current internet landscape functions.
6/10: good but not amazaing.

Everybody needs to watch this video and hit like. The lil speech about inequality did get me thinking about what good has come from the pandemic and in what time. Because, I remember at the start of this whole ordeal, for a few weeks, the nation was unified with goodwill. Before the pandemic, we as a society had been divided by belief and circumstance, so when coronavirus came along and turned our world upside down, I got the feeling that we were all in the same boat, and we would learn to be grateful and considerate of our neighbours and thankful for the nhs, and we would show corona whos boss and this one great nation would emerge victorious from this crisis as a more unified society. But then the goodwill disappointingly petered out. I started seeing fewer rainbows about, fewer zoom projects. When clap for Carers stopped that is when I feel we gradually slipped into this slump of low grade crappiness. Nothing so bad as too cause a news outrage or a unified song and dance, but not completely okay. Not completely back to normal, whatever normal is. I feel like going into this lockdown it was all so clear: do your bit, stay inside and social distance. Thank the nhs, clap for them, reflect on who is important to you. Now as restrictions are being relaxed, the message becomes more blurry: different rules for different people. We are once again divided by circumstance. We are slowly but surely heading away from the unity that came with the shock and restrictions at the start of lockdown, and heading towards our broken version of normal.

@russell brand : may god (if there's any) flourish your mind continuously with wonderful ideas to spread knowledge and power to this weak planet. I've always looked up to you as a role model. Keep up the good work man. Laura is not only beautiful but heart-warming ❤️ and I could listen to russell for days and days. Looking forward to another video of you too! 😊. If someone would advocate for making recommendation engine code public, that would at least make the public informed, which is the first step. The old phrase is: If the user doesn't control the software, the software controls the user. Now that the software in this case is designed to mediate people's impressions, it's more important than ever for people to wise up and demand to see what's in the tin. Unfortunately almost no one is saying that. Even self described tech watchdogs are concerned either with an obtuse concern about data security, or a fixated interest with identity concerns. I'm not optimistic because even tech-savvy politicians like andrew yang seem in the denial for the need to open social algorithms for public informed consent and instead seem to thing companies with simply compete themselves into being benign.

The background music tho... Lol. I actually already knew about the droplets and how its transmitted. But thank you for letting us know lol. The problem with nowdadays social media isn't who can express his opinion but who get's heard, the power they gain is massive and uncomparable to the small service we get - Aron schwartz.

We are cyborgs now, pretty simple. The iPhone Face ID thing is so true😂. They shouldn't have left Kevin home alone. This is exactly how I imagined Russell's wife would have been. 😂 Nice girl. He is definitely a HUMAN patriot. No, it is you that is addicted. There is no need to have the internet in your pocket. Get rid of your device. And use a computer only in one room in the house, and be aware of what you are doing on it. When you go out, just go out, there is no need to have the chain of a device.

This is why i didnt want an iphone but everyone, including business' and education, demanded i did.
